Welcome to The Table

Our faith community is not all from the same background, nor do we all believe the same things; we are, however caught up in the same story with Jesus at the center who welcomes all to the table.

Good Friday. Beautiful Friday. The English word beauty ultimately stems from a derivative of the Latin adjective bellus meaning, "pretty, handsome, charming, fine, pleasant, nice" which is intricately related to the Latin bonus, which means "good" or, "virtuous."

Hope, Healing & Hospitality Regional Gathering

October 4th-5th | Chilliwack Vineyard | Chilliwack BC

Vineyard Canada will be hosting two day gatherings across the country this fall in cooperation with Regional Teams. One of the events will be held at Chilliwack Vineyard.

Description from the Vineyard Canada website:

Each of these gatherings will be anchored to a Friday evening session of worship and reflection around our ’24 theme of becoming a people of Hope, Healing and Hospitality.

On the Saturday community sessions we want to curate a space that brings you up to speed and engaged with where we are at in our national journey right now. Various topics that we will be looking at will include:

1. Navigating the Dynamics of Change and Pivots in the Faith Community
2. Building a Listening Team and Developing a Discerning Community. Becoming a Prophetic People.
3. Updates and dialogue on next steps for Vineyard Canada

More than anything, we want to be facilitating ways to connect and communicate with our Canadian family in this season. The posture of these times together will be informed by our desire for connection and care rather than a seminar or conference feel. While we have significant material and strategy to present to you, the content will be shaped by our current story as we share and discern together what “seems good to us and the Holy Spirit.” There will be significant time given to Q&A and the ongoing communal discernment process that we currently find ourselves in.
